		<description>Great article got me thinking about agreements in my own life. 

I don&#039;t like to be late to appointments, family events, meeting friends and just in general. I saw it as being disrespectful to the other party. I would feel resentment when others made me late to events and that didn&#039;t feel good. But, as I look at it from an agreement. I realized that I was feeling the loss of my integrity as I was breaking an agreement with someone.

As I look at agreements I realized that most people don&#039;t realize that they are making agreements in their daily life. We must slow down our minds/lives to know that we are making agreements as I feel there are two types of agreements. Agreements that are met or Agreements that are broken.
